I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error message when trying to access the script. What to do?

  1. Check the script file permissions. Permissions should be set to 755.
  2. Go to your cPanel -> Logs section and check the Error Log
  3. If you are developer of the script then check the code. If not - check the developer site, forum, or contact them and describe the issue.
  4. If you are still experiencing troubles then please contact us with the details of the issue.
