I am getting a 500 Internal Server Error message when trying to access the script. What to do?

Check the script file permissions. Permissions should be set to 755.
Go to your cPanel -> Logs section and check the Error Log
If you are developer of the script then check the code. If not - check the developer site, forum, or contact them and describe the issue.
